At the beginning of our careers most of us are excited, afraid and only beginning to be the person we will eventually become. If you're really lucky, you know what direction you want to go. You know the area that interests you and in which, you will never work a day in your life because you love what you do. Maybe you feel this way because this is what people in your family do, this is your cultural and professional reference. Maybe, if you're not so lucky, you have no idea which direction to turn, no role models, no inspiration and no idea what your potential is, not to mention how to unlock it.
Somewhere in the middle lie most people. Work is a means to an end, a way to pay the rent, and then, maybe, the mortgage. Not everyone is destined for trailblazing glory, however, we are all capable of more than we know at this stage.
